Update from Jen and Jack

Austina:

• The Canyon Park AAP rep resigned and we now have an opening in the Council for a Canyon Park AAP rep. 
• How should we fill this opening? 
• Can we have a new election? 
• can we appoint a person to fill until this year's elections? 

Helen:

• moved to appoint Bonnie as Canyon Park rep. 
• Laurie: Second 
• Unanimous vote. 
• Bonnie is now the Canyon Park rep. 

Bonnie:

• update on Game day. 
• Looking at Sunday in February or march. 
• 150 people for 3-4 hours. 
• Considering Zulu or Mox
